About Edinburgh Technology Fund

The principal activity of Edinburgh Technology Fund (ETF) is the management of investment funds, providing seed corn venture capital for early stage high technology developments and the management of its portfolio of investments made using its funds.

The company also acts as a nominee shareholder for the University of Edinburgh for some equity holdings held in spin-out companies.

Freedom of Information Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 requires Scottish public authorities to produce and maintain a publication scheme.

As a subsidiary company of the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Technology Fund Limited (ETF) has adopted the Model Publication Scheme 2015 produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner.

This scheme has the Commissioner's approval until 31 May 2019.
